What To Expect Information

Preparing For Our Arrival

  • We make every attempt to stick to our timeline, but please bear with us as project schedules can sometimes change due to unexpected conflicts such as the involvement of other trades (countertops, flooring, plumbing, etc).
  • We highly recommend having someone at the project site during the kick-off to guide our technicians and confirm the project scope. To facilitate seamless work, please ensure the work area is free from furniture or personal belongings, and that children and pets are kept safe and away from the area. Our technicians will require access to running water, power, and restroom facilities.
  • We kindly ask that you remove any items taped or attached inside the cabinet doors, clear countertops, and surrounding areas for a smooth refinishing operation. If your drawer faces can’t be removed, kindly empty the drawers.
  • While appliance removal is not a must, if you wish, it would be your responsibility. If the refrigerator remains in place, N-Hance will skillfully mask around it. Please note that we take no responsibility for any damage to flooring or water lines if we are required to move the refrigerator.
  • Although emptying your cabinets is not necessary, we recommend pushing back items by 2-3 inches and removing enough for technicians to access the drawer front screws. All items should be removed from glass cabinets.
  • Kindly get anything you may need for the week beforehand. Once the area is masked off, we respectfully request that you avoid entering to minimize dust spread.

Important Information

  • You can change handles of the same size, but changing to a different size may incur additional charges. N-Hance will not drill handle holes without the presence of the new hardware.
  • Please note N-Hance cannot guarantee complete removal of all blemishes, drips, roller texture, or brush marks from previously painted wood surfaces.
  • We strive to avoid weekend work to allow your home to return to normal swiftly. However, in case work extends into Saturday, we will keep you updated. We never compromise on quality and will not release a job until it meets our high standards. If there are any issues during the job, we will keep you informed.
  • Kindly avoid heavy chemicals (i.e. 409, Pledge, Windex, Mr. Clean, etc.) when cleaning your cabinetry. A soft, damp microfiber cloth with a touch of original Dawn dish soap (with the baby duck) is recommended for caring for and maintaining your refinished cabinets.

Our Warranty

Your satisfaction is our prime concern. In accordance with applicable law, N-Hance Wood Refinishing provides a warranty for two (2) years from the service date. This covers any service defects due to product failure such as flaking, peeling, or product discoloration. Repairs under warranty will be handled by N-Hance Wood Refinishing and are limited to the affected area. This warranty is not transferable and does not cover damage from Acts of God, misuse, or repairs made by unauthorized personnel.
