My kitchen has a whole new life! The entire process with N-Hance Wood Renewal of Northern Hartford County was handled with ease and care. From the initial visit with Doug to measure and explain the N-Hance cabinet renewal steps made us feel like we were in good hands and confident that theses would not just be “painted” cabinets. Doug was detail oriented and considerate of our home and we could not be happier with the results!

They did an amazing job with our kitchen to transform it from old and outdated to modern. They came to our house and gave us a quote that was very competitive quickly. They provided some useful insight and even put in new knobs with all the cabinets. It looks like a brand new kitchen with a third of the cost to replace with all new cabinets. While it’s in the contract mentioned I would just be very clear if you want the under portion of cabinets painted to match. While it wasn’t in the contract they were able to add it on after because I felt it needed it for next to nothing. I absolutely love our kitchen now!!

N-Hance was referred to us by a former customer. We had been considering our options for refinishing our 25 year old oak cabinets. After several quotes with different companies, we brought N-Hance in for the job. Not only were they reasonable for the great work done, they were professional, timely, and meticulous in how they did the job. Doug and Pat did an excellent job with my project (painting my cabinets). I contacted Doug the last quarter of 2022 to get an estimate and he came well prepared to review my current situation and share with me the process that his company uses, along with a sample of a painted cabinet door so that I could see a similar cabinet to mine and how it would look. Once I agreed to move forward we picked a date, and it went exactly as he described, they started on time and finished on schedule. Both Doug and Pat were not only excellent at their trade, but they listened to my concerns, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product before leaving my home. I truly feel that I would not be as happy had I gone with anyone else, the quality of the paint/product used and the attention to detail made me one happy customer. I get so many compliments and can't think of anything I would change. Thanks Doug and Pat - so much appreciate all you did to make sure I loved my cabinets!

We explored many options regarding our kitchen remodeling and decided to go with N-Hance’s refinishing (new doors and drawers along with updated soft-close hinges and drawer slides, and existing “boxes” are refinished and sprayed (doors and door fronts are painted in their shop - and you have a great choice of styles)). The pricing, craftsmanship and all over finishing was the most competitive by far. The job was done in the time frame presented. Doug and Pat were super friendly and professional. If you’re considering updating your kitchen - definitely talk to this team!!! PS - We had several design changes and their input and talent really went beyond our expectations.

The n-hence crew were great. Very respectful of my home, always cleaning thoroughly each day. The cabinets look fabulous and they took care of lots of dents in addition to excellent painting. they even walked my puppy when I was out! Highly recommend N- handle!

Extremely happy with the results on our cabinets from Doug and Pat. Both excellent people that are detail oriented, performing very high quality work. Would highly recommend to anyone considering cabinet refinishing, a great process that should hold up much better than just standard paint alone. The before and after shots speak for themselves!

The N-Hance method and products used to refinish kitchen cabinetry is really impressive, and so much more durable than regular paint. What a dramatic change from the golden oak cabinets to bright white! They really did a great job transforming our kitchen!

Doug Hedman is a professional and accommodating individual. He and Pat did a truly amazing refinishing job on our kitchen cabinets, explaining each step in the process. My wife and I are very pleased with the end result and the care they took to make sure this project met our expectations. As a DIY guy who messes with wood projects and vintage cars, I was especially impressed with how thorough the prep work and the execution was. Our kitchen was essentially turned into a HEPA clean spray booth for priming, painting, and sealing. The LightSpeed finish process used on the doors, cabinet frames, and boxes is pretty amazing technology. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Doug and N-Hance to anyone looking to refinish their kitchen cabinets.

Doug and Pat did a beautiful job on our kitchen!! They were timely, very helpful when explaining each step and great at cleaning up at the end if each day. We had cherry cabinets that were painted white and what a nice difference it makes. Love our new kitchen and highly recommend Doug!!
