Stephen refinished 2 of our bathroom vanities and it made a complete difference! I have had cabinets painted before and had them ripped out a couple of years later, so I was apprehensive, but this is completely different. It is a cost effective way to change a space without gutting it. Highly recommend him and will absolutely call him again if needed. Stephen kept in contact throughout the process, he stays booked, so there is a wait time, but I knew that up front. Once the job starts though, it is quick!

One word: PERFECTION. Stephen did an outstanding job on my old, tired cabinets. They are now flawless, current, and beautiful! Not only was the work product perfect, but so was the service. I am so happy with the quality and care that went into refinishing my cabinets. Professional and personal care went into this project. I believe they cared more about the details than I did and a great product product was the end result. They actually look better now than they did 20 years ago. I used N-hance for a kitchen cabinet change.  The price was very reasonable and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations.  The contractor is very knowledgeable about the process and planning for success.  He made sure the project space was well kept - in other words he left my kitchen the way he found it which made any cleanup on my part minimal.  And the result was amazing.  My cabinets looked better than I could have ever imagined and this guy's ability was a huge part of that.  Give them a try!  You won't regret it.

We recently had an incredible experience working with Stephen of N-Hance Wood Refinishing of Franklin, TN. We had a nice set of cabinets roughed up a little, and we wanted to change the color to complement our new countertops. Replacing the cabinets was going to be way too expensive. Stephen explained to us how the N-Hance process was much better, more durable than painting the cabinets, and much cheaper than replacing them. Stephen was very thorough and informative with every aspect of this project. When the project was complete, our cabinets looked awesome. I have been a building/ remodeling contractor for 44 years & have worked with many companies. The cabinets in our personal home are 15 years old & were a dark stained color. I’m blown away by the quality of the cabinet refinish that was done by N-Hance. Our cabinets are over 30 years old and I did not want to replace them because it would be so costly. Highly recommend them for your next cabinetry paint job. The specifically specialize in cabinetry painting which is a different process than your wall painters. In other houses we normally use the same painter for all areas of the house. After discovering n-hance you can feel and see the difference in their paint.

We bought a house that had 20 year old dark cherry cabinets .Steven from N Hance ,refinished the doors and cabinet boxes . His process is not just painting. The cabinets look like they are brand new from the factory,but are still our original wood doors,not mdf. The kitchen is beautiful and bright now. We highly recommend Steven and Nhance.

Stephen Taylor, owner of the company NHance finished our oak cabinets in a beautiful gray with his proprietary product that Is not paint but a colored polyurethane. They turned out both classy and durable. Stephen was the only person who was ever in our home and he did an amazingly professional job; leaving my kitchen completely usable during the whole job. We love the end product, and it was like having your work done by a family friend. If you are thinking about painting your cabinets, I highly recommend you give Stephen a call first. This is a much better solution to refinishing your cabinets!

The cabinets I have are not supposed to be able to paint per the manufactor. The product that Nhance uses works beautifully over any cabinet. My cabs were expresso changed to an off white color with a glaze. Much lower price than replacing the cabinets.

I was faced with a big decision about my hardwood floors that were buried under built-up wax and dog hair. I did not want to endure the mess and disruption of having them sanded, and I dreaded having to buy new flooring. I heard of NHance and thought it might be too good to be true. That was before I met Stephen Taylor. When he came to give me a quote, I was impressed with his knowledge, enthusiasm and his "can do" attitude. His price was fair, and I hired him. I am so thrilled with the results. In addition to the regular wear, some of the floor had places where the finish was gone. Stephen matched those areas to the rest of the floor. My floors are beautiful again and more durable than when first installed, thanks to the finish Stephen uses. In addition to being an excellent craftsman, Stephen is a man of integrity. I was very comfortable having him in my home. In fact, I left on errands while he was working. He is a rare find. I highly recommend Stephen Taylor.

Well worth the wait

This is an update of my experience with Stephen Taylor with NHance. Since I last posted, I have had a chance to really test the floors in many ways with cooking, pets etc. The finish seems almost impervious to water and spills of all kinds. When Stephen told me all I would need was to vacuum the floors and occasionally mop, I was very skeptical. I am not easily impressed, but this finish has won me over. Normally it is difficult for me to accept workmen in our home but Stephen was so respectful and so easy to work with. I felt very at ease with him being in our house. We interviewed many businesses before we chose NHance. It was the best decision of our remodeling project. Thanks Stephen!!!!

Stephen with NHance truly loves what he does and it shows in his work. It was well worth the 3 month wait. Our hardwood floors look great. The process is dustless and extremely quick to dry. He accomplished, we believe, better in two days than other estimators said would take 4-7 days. Stephen was thorough in his detailing and in the explanation of the process and was very considerate of the home space. I would very highly recommend.

Stephen is an "old school" craftsman who owns the homeowner/craftsman relationship from start through finish. He starts by exploring the homeowner's objectives, likes/dislikes, and market trends. He helped us balance our short- and long-term objectives (improving the day-to-day experience, as well as ensuring that the kitchen would "wow" potential buyers when we decide to sell). Although I (the reviewer) wanted a certain effect, my wife wanted another--radically different effect. After signing the contract, my wife and I continued our discussions. Although we had spent over an hour with Stephen at the outset, he understood our quandary and came out again to explore our options. Thank goodness Stephen and my wife prevailed. Our medium-dark oak cabinetry had experienced considerable drying over the 18 years since it was installed; this produced a pronounced and unsightly grain exposure on the end cuts. Another problem was the widely differing shades of the doors and drawers. If you have the pleasure of working with Stephen in the future, you will know (and appreciate) his ability to fully communicate what he will do, how it will be done, and what to expect. Throughout the process, Stephen answered questions and interacted with me to ensure my expectations were met. The project was completed per schedule. Stephen carefully brought all doors, side panels, kick plates, and drawers' tones/colors into visual consistency. The previously gnarly cabinetry now glows in the afternoon sun, a perfect complement to our new quartz countertops. We are very pleased with the end result that, by far; exceeds our expectations. I appreciate that he and my wife convinced me to follow a better approach. We highly recommend Stephen and the NHance products that he used on the project.

Very pleased with the outcome of our cabinet refinish. Ours are custom sized, well constructed cabinets but needed refinishing after 20 years of use. They turned out great!

Stephen did a great job, explained the different terms, replace, renew, refinish and even add a little more color making the cabinet look richer that before. He did both bathrooms, the kitchen cabinets and a custom cabinet in the Living Room. He managed to make them all the same color again, I am very happy.

Stephen T. with NHance did an amazing job repairing both chemical and thermal damage to the wood. The damage was extensive, and a full refinishing would normally have been required, exceeding the cost of the table. But over a couple hours I watched as Stephen transformed the table from its damaged state to looking nearly new. Impressed does not cover it, I would say I was amazed.

Excellent job could not be more impressed with the quality of work.
