The job was done quickly and professionally, by Chris, as promised. Clean-u[p was meticulous. While there were glitches in the project, the issues were dealt with completely and quickly to our satisfaction. Our experience with N-Hance was a positive one.

Just completed the refinish on my Cherry cabinets that were worn from 22 years of use. My only advice is to be sure you have a calendar in front of you when you plan the work. It seems like a short amount time - and it is (~4 weeks) its feels like a long time to not have your kitchen. We had a great experience with our kitchen cabinet refinishing project. Trevor made the initial visit and we came up with a plan. Although the original plan had to be modified we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. The crew that performed the work were professional and respectful of our home. Kris, who I believe to be the foreman, did an amazing job and the project was finished in the prescribed timeframe. Our kitchen looks amazing!

We are beyond pleased with the work the men from N-Hance did on our flooring. Our contractor attempted to refinish the floors himself and left them in very, very bad shape. They were rough to the touch, with big yellow streaks and patches of discoloration. In addition the cracks between some boards were caked with poly and several areas never sanded at all! Trevor was very patient in listening to our woes and extremely thorough in analyzing both the problem and coming up with the best solution. The estimate for repairs was higher than the others but in the end, worth every penny. The guys bent over backwards to accommodate our staying in the house during the work. They taped up doors to prevent dust from covering all our belongings. They were respectful of everything in our home and extremely polite. The guys were fun to be around and, unlike so many workers, they cleaned up after themselves. Amazingly, our floors look as though they are new. Miraculous; we highly recommend N-Hance!

Our 1975 kitchen was in desperate need of an update, but we wanted to contain the costs. Total cabinet replacement was not an option. We opted for cabinet refacing, new quartz countertops and a new stainless steel sink to replace the old porcelain one. We met Erica and Kim at the company’s showroom (Valencia) and they introduced us to the process. They showed us cabinet styles and colors as well as countertop samples. Both ladies were kind, helpful and patient! Annie came by shortly thereafter to discuss our wants and needs. She too was great to work with, listening intently and following up with Trevor. Shortly thereafter, Trevor took measurements and took note of a few minor changes we wished to make including the installation of push out drawers in an existing cabinet. We scheduled the work for late January. Fortunately, the weather was cooperative. Most of the time in the evening the kitchen was accessible except when the paint was drying. When all said and done, the kitchen job was complete in just 11 days!! The work crew were, without exception, diligent, neat, considerate and hardworking, leaving us with a beautiful new kitchen. We highly recommend NHance if you desire a nicer kitchen without major disruption and at a reasonable cost.

Rick was outstanding. I thought my cabinets looked great and he said no I want them better. My cabinets are spectacular looking just what I wanted for years. Rick is a perfectionist. Always on time and showed so much respect for my home. They might be a little more expensive but more than worth it. Kitchen cabinets refinished/painted. Very responsive company from 1st call to the last. At the 1st call the office rep gave even more info than I asked for and answered extra questions too. The estimator was very helpful and thorough and calls to set up work times were returned same-day. Really superior in that area. They show up when they say they will -- and work the whole day. The 4 different guys who came to work in the house at prep/paint and then return/finish were all on time, very polite, SUPER neat and clean (you're going to get dust in the nearby area - you need to accept that), and responsive to questions or requests. Prep process kept our house as clean as possible and they were the least-intrusive they could be. The two guys that came to install the doors after painting were excellent at touching-up and addressing a few extremely minor issues. The price was expensive in our opinion but the work was very good and professional. One small negative is that management didn't feel very customer friendly/flexible. They forgot to charge our deposit (with a vacation and other kitchen costs, I didn't notice) therefore requiring us to pay the FULL amount at the end of the job - I was counting on splitting that over a couple of months of credit card billing. I asked if they could flex a bit on the processing fee they charge if you use a credit card as a way of helping us out. Nope, just "no, you would've paid the fee anyway if we'd charged it earlier". Um..ok...but even a little flex there would've been nice. All in all an extremely good experience working with them and hoping that the paint holds up as well as promised.

N-Hance turned our dingy, very old, and borderline gross wood oak floors into something spectacular. The refurbished floors shine and sing, with their intricate grain now spectacular. He explained in detail the elaborate, expert process of N-Hance restorations, guided us in various decisions, and patiently went over each paragraph in the contract. We REALLY appreciated this close, personal attention to our house and floors. The N-Hance team doing the work was superb; smart, mellow, and highly skilled in their challenging work to do both the floors and the custom floorboards. The whole experience was excellent, and worth every penny to have done right. We have the satisfaction of having gone with the "best of the best" of what the Hudson Valley had to offer. As a bonus, re-doing the floors was the occasion for some deep cleaning and redecorated. Our house has a freshened look. Now, we enjoy. A+ for N-hance.

NHance did a great job staining my kitchen cabinets 2 years ago. Recently however, when the kitchen floor was replaced, one of the kitchen cabinet side panels was damaged. To remedy the situation, a new panel was installed. However, the panel needed to be stained and finished to match the cabinet renewal performed a couple of years ago. Although NHance normally does not handle small jobs like this, they were very professional in scheduling the job and did a great job staining the new panel. NHance was a pleasure to work with!

From the moment I met Annie I knew that NHance Wood Refinishing were professional, courteous. and were going to do an awesome job. Annie went over every detail of the project. Discussed colors and spent the time showing me how each of the colors would look. Prior to Michael coming to my house to start the job Trevor contacted me and went over exactly what was going to occur over the next three days in detail. Michael made sure that everything was coverd in the kitchen before he started preparing the cabinets. My cabinets, breakfast bar stools, and complete dining room set came out AMAZING. I had a parquet floor refinished by NHance Wood Refinishing on the recommendation of Foster Flooring who installed all of the carpet, tile, and wood floors in my house 30 years ago. Trevor the owner is very professional. He had me take some pictures and then came out to look at the floors. He gave us a fair estimate. He sent out 3 members of his team with Jeremy being the lead. I was very impressed with Jeremy and his team. They were on time, very neat, and did a great job. Both Jeremy and Trevor kept me abreast of what was going on. They used a buffer to clean the floor which created no dust, the next day they did a final sanding, again very little dust. Jeremy and Scott then stained the floor and put two coats of sealer and a final coat of satin finish. These guys are hard workers, they communicate well, and Jeremy takes the lead and looks over everything that is being done to ensure it is done correctly. I was very impressed with their work ethics and would definitely hire them again.

I would DEFINITELY recommend NHance if you are thinking of resurfacing your cabinets. New cabinets were out of our price range, but after some minor changes to our existing kitchen, Trevor and Jeremy transformed my kitchen into a whole new room! Trevor was easy to work with, gave his ideas but was open figuring how to incorporate my ideas. He was very easy to get a hold of on the phone and returned my calls right away. Jeremy did the painting. He was on time, clean and very thorough. I can not say enough great things about this company!

Finished job on schedule. We are very pleased with our cabinets. Trevor kept us informed of the schedule and check to make sure we were happy with the results. Love this company, we saved enough restoring our cabinets with NHance to get the countertops and appliances for thousands less than what we were told our full kitchen renovation was going to cost. Highly recommend checking them out.

N-Hance was professional, reliable and did a great job refinishing the floors in our 200+ year old home. We were especially impressed with their non-sanding and quick dry finish techniques - the latter definitely worth the extra bucks. When they finished, we could walk on the floors and bring furniture in right away. A miracle! My only gripe is that there was only one technician, and he was fairly new at that. He did a good job, but I would have had more confidence with a 2-man team, including someone more experienced. To be fair, his manager did show up for 30 minutes to ensure that our guy knew what he was doing. But still. We would definitely recommend N-Hance!

They were excellent! Very quick with the work and did a wonderful job. The consultant was in touch throughout the entire process. The gentleman who came to do the actual work were friendly, polite, kept things clean, kept me updated as to the progress, and most importantly did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them.
