This client had 2,500 Sq/Ft of hardwood floor that was in great shape except for this section of the kitchen that had been damaged from a leaking water line from the refrigerator. It was all cupped and needed to be sanded smooth. Every other contractor told the homeowner that they could NOT sand only that area because the color would not match so the only way to make sure is for the entire 2,500 Sq/Ft floor to be sanded. This was a huge inconvenience and would have taken much effort, time and expense to get done. She called us as a last-ditch effort hoping against all odds that we would be able to do something for her and when we explained how we can blend stain colors so she would not have to sand the whole floor she was beyond excited.
This is from an Italian Restaurant in the Highlands neighborhood and they could not afford to shut down for days on end to get their floor completely sanded. We came in and over one evening, we performed our N-Hance Refinishing method and restored this floor to look amazing without sanding! It was finished with Lightspeed® Nano so the next day they were open for business as usual.
These photos are showing a small extension we added by lacing it into the current floor. By lacing, you will not be able to tell that this was added once the floor is sanded again.
We then sanded and finished the floors to march. They had us remove the old color and go with a 100% natural floor. It is finished with a seal coat, followed by 3 coats of finish. 100% cured when done so they are available for immediate use.
In this project, the client removed an old island and replaced it with a different island that was not the exact same footprint and you can clearly see the unfinished wood. She did NOT want to sand her entire floor and was told by multiple floor contractors that sanding it all down was her only alternative until she found our company. We sanded and blended the color where needed, then cleaned and coated all her floor all in one day, leaving her with beautiful looking floors and saving her thousands over a full sand job.
This floor in Boulder had been sanded and finished by another contractor and the homeowner did not like the way the color turned out. It was too light and she called us to see if there was anything we could do. In one day, we added a bit more color and finished it in Lightspeed giving her the gorgeous floor she was looking for.
This home in Centennial went from honey oak to a nice light cherry color with our full sand system.
