Chris did a superb job on refinishing our kitchen cabinets. He has a great eye for detail and won't let any blemish, no matter how small, go without fixing it. Our cabinets look like new.

Do Not Use !! Chris is a conundrum. I've used him before and things went well. Tried to use him in our new house and he came out and said he could do everything, then never sent an estimate. I tried calling for weeks and finally reached out to N-Hance corporate office. only to hear he won't return their calls either anymore. Said there was nothing they could do until his franchise term was up. So I would say don't even think about using him anymore. Because if he's not answering corporate, imaging how helpful he will be if you have a problem..

Chris was great to work with. He refinished our floors and kitchen cabinets, and they look like new. He’s very attentive to detail and very good with matching stain colors. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend him to anyone.

We were initially looking to have our hardwood floors refinished the traditional way. We discovered the process N Hance uses to refinish floors, and the price and process better fit our budget and needs. Our floors had roofing nail and staple holes throughout, large holes from cables, areas with residual glue and rug tape, an area of water damage, and areas of uneven wear and tear. Chris was able to fix all these problems. We were impressed with how well our floors came out and would recommend N Hance. Chris is very knowledgeable, attentive to detail, punctual, and has an eye for detail.

Chris made the process of refinishing and changing colors on my kitchen cabinets and island a breeze. He brought us custom samples that helped us land on a final color (we love it). As far as the work itself; he did it in a clean, courteous, and efficient way. This guy is meticulous and has such an eye for details - exactly what you want for projects like this! His ability and willingness to bring the customer along on the journey every step of the way was top notch. We added several custom requests and all were met and exceeded. My 2 year old daughter was “helping” throughout and Chris actually took the time to talk to her and make her feel special - this just doesn’t happen nowadays! In the end, we got an amazing kitchen renewal, at a price that was more than fair for the high level of quality and service. No stone was left unturned. If you are on the fence, call and set up a meeting now!!!!

From the initial sales call Chris gave us confidence that he was very knowledgeable of wood floors and wood in general. From start to finish he explained every step of the refinishing process and why he was doing it. He was very meticulous in his craft even going over an area a second time because he wasn’t satisfied at first. Chris sanded down an area of our floor that other floor refinishers had told us needed to be replaced. When he finished sanding you couldn’t tell the difference from the rest of the floors even matching the original color. Our satisfaction was his top priority throughout the process and after. Offering to come back for any issue that we found with his work in the future.

At our first appointment with Chris he gave us many options of colors ,and told us step by step what to expect during the 5 days of renovation. The job went exactly as he explained. We were very pleased when they left each day our areas of renovation were spic and span. The cabinets didn't need unloaded either. Chris only asked that counters were cleared. We couldn't be happier with our finished cabinets and vanities. I have been bringing friends and family in to see our newly finished project.

We’re thrilled with our results! This project started with the decision to change from wood to wrought iron balusters. That led to needing to either refinish or update the wood steps, and all hard wood on the first floor...we called Nhance and were happy with the quote. Great service, great value, very professional!

They did a great job on changing my outdated Oak kitchen cabinets to a distressed, off white color. It was a total transformation. They worked to match the color I wanted and took all my suggestions and comments and made my kitchen look more custom and updated. They were professional, clean and on time. You get what you pay. Instead of using a fly-by-night/undependable person or company, I suggest you hire NHance of Mechanicsburg, if you want the job done and done to your satisfaction. I will hire them again for other wood work jobs in the future.
