From the time of the initial estimate to the end of the job, our commitment to serving you is rooted in our history of delivering superior service. You can expect the following during the duration of your project:

We will communicate with you before the job starts. Someone from your crew will call you at the end of the week prior to your job starting. You will know beforehand who to expect in your home. Since our crews are NOT sub-contractors, you should expect the same crew working on your project from start to finish. Should another technician be brought into your project due to illness or some other unforeseen circumstance, you will be notified.

Our company is a fully licensed and insured company. We carry workers’ compensation insurance and we are fully insured against any unplanned accident. We take care of your home. Your countertops, appliances, floors, walls are all protected. We clean up after ourselves and we strive to leave no proof (other than a beautiful kitchen) that we were there.

We arrive on time. Before and after photos of your kitchen will be taken (if you prefer we don’t please just let us know.) If there is any reason that we will not arrive at the time we tell you, you will be called. Communication is so important and we strive to communicate with you as often as needed.

We make every effort to not be in your home on a weekend so that you can be back to normal as quickly as possible. Sometimes, we have to spill over into a Saturday and if that should arise, we will keep you updated. We don’t cut corners though. We won’t send out a job until it’s ready. If there is anything that arises during your job (wood can be unpredictable) we will communicate with you.

We know that this is a big decision and not an inexpensive one. We know you have other alternatives that are less costly.
