8 Simple Steps to Getting Started with your new N-Hance Franchise

While reviewing the information packet and DVD, please create a list of questions. You should schedule a time with your Franchise Development representative to review all questions you have from your review of the information packet and DVD. Please see the enclosed Confidential Questionnaire. Please make additional copies of the Confidential Questionnaire as needed for partners, etc. This information must be completed in order to continue with the mutual evaluation process. The information you provide allows Harris Research, Inc., (HRI) a full review of you as a prospective franchisee and allows HRI to complete a background check. A completed Confidential Questionnaire is required in order to receive our FDD.

Upon receipt of the Confidential Questionnaire, we will send our FDD to you. The FDD contains information about HRI, Inc., details regarding the initial fees and investment, a sample Franchise Agreement, contact information for existing franchisees and other information. You should schedule a time to review the FDD with your Franchise Development representative. The Federal Trade Commission requires that you hold and review the FDD for 14 business days prior to executing a franchise agreement(For CA, IA, MD, MI, NY, OK, RI, SD, VA, WA, WI it is the greater of 14 calendar days or 10 business days). The FDD is provided to you for your personal use. Feel free to mark, underline and highlight the FDD as you read it. Inside the FDD you will find a green FDD receipt form. Please date it the day you receive the FDD, this starts the 10-14 day holding period. Please have anyone that will sign the Franchise Agreement sign the FDD receipt. Please Note: There is a place for Corporate Entities/LLC to sign. After reviewing the FDD with your Franchise Development representative, you will call existing N-Hance owners to learn more about N-Hance and see if it fits with your goals and expectations. Once the exact geographic area of interest is specified, we will send an "Area Disclosure Document" to you. This will outline the exact territory population and initial franchise fee. In order to proceed with the franchise acquisition and secure approval as a franchisee, you must send to HRI the following: a) down payment ($16,000 minimum in the form of cashiers check or money order) and b) signed and dated green FDD receipt page. Upon receipt and approval of the above items, we will send you two identical copies of the Franchise Agreement via 2-day delivery. A box containing the training items will be sent at the same time via ground. The Franchise Agreements are to be held for another 5 business day waiting period prior to signing. You will sign both copies of the Franchise Agreement and return them to HRI. We will execute both copies and return one to you.
